Cant seem to store theme settings in drupal 36 cleaninstall

I have a clean install wordpress hosted, installed the theme RoundTheWorld, went to general and changed the logo. the logo seem to be uploaded, but if i leave the settings screen all original settings seem to be restored. There is no save button.

What should i do, what could be wrong?

To save changes you have to click on a cherkmark on the right on page RounTheWorld --> General in your dashboard.
