Cant see comment text its white on white

I woke up this morning and saw this:

is this a comment update for your theme? Also, you can't see the text, anyway to make the text darker?

also, I would like to add text under the comment box that says:

To embed youtube, use the iframe code.... How do I do that?

This would go where it says HTML tags are not allowed.
