Cant change colour

For some reason I can't find out where I can edit the blue colour on the theme which is around the slider, I deleted the image but the blue colour stayed

How can I change this

This background is set in the following code:

	}

located in the style.css of the HungryOrks free WordPress theme.
However, this image set background for the entire header including main menu.
