Cant activate themes traveller

hello, i cant activated my theme traveller that i buy from smthemes with developer license.

If i input activation code that i get from my members dashboard smthemes, i will show "Connecition Information",then i fill with my server name and ftp account and password.

But the problem is, when i finish that process it show nothing and i still cant remove footer link or free link.

Please help me, cause this is for my client.

Can anyone give example that connection information, im afraid the problem is in there

If you have any problems with activation, please contact us via support@smthemes.com. In most of cases we need personal information, order numbers and activation keys to help with activation.
