Cannot turn off top menu

I'm using your Rocker theme- it fits perfectly for what I need, but I cannot disable the "top" menu. If I turn it off in menus, nothing happens. If I turn off the main navigation menu, that goes, but the top one won't go away!

I really don't need it, and it navigates over the header image.

How can I get shot of it?
