Buttons to upload or save dont seem to work anymore

Hi, After man years since last working on it, I'm asked by the owners to update the wordpress site and change from magento to woocommerce.

I noticed when I make changes in the Themes menu's, it doesn't save my changes. The Upload and Save buttons don't seem to do anything anymore.
