Bring right sidebar above content Olympic theme

Hi!
I need to bring the right sidebar above the content, not in the design but so a widget can expand above the page to the left side. How do I do that?

Also, how do I stop the infinate scroll on the first page?

To stop scrolling the page you have to turn off "Load Posts Dynamically" on page Theme Settings --> Layout.
Could you clarify the question about widgets are. What do you want to change?

But when I tried the first time, it did not extend itself. Please, help, what can I do?

I think you have to try this plugin at first. We haven't tested this plugin with the themes.
