Both Top MENUS Links Not Working On Mobile

Metro Bolog Theme is awesome, but when viewed on mobile devices the 2 menus on top are not functioning correctly.

When you select from the arrow to choose another link (sub menu) on the Go To... nothing happens.

It stays on the same page and will not open the menu link you selected.

Please inform me how to fix this.
