banner has disappeared

Hi, the banner on my theme has disappeared.
The image file is still in the image folder in my cpanel,
When I go to the theme management in wordpress the usual banner upload all seems to work fine, the files show up in the uploads folder but the top of my page is still empty, any pointers as to where the code is would be great, thanks.

Have you been able to figure this out? What do you mean by 'banner'?
