Architecture Dynamic Content Overscroll

Hello,

I am on the Architecture theme. When click on the page I want to go to on my main menu is automatically scrolls down to that page for me, but the only problem is that the top of my viewing windows cuts the Header in half. Example: If I click to go to my "contacts" page it will cut the word contacts in half so I can't see that fully.
