I am creating my website locally with
- Wampserver 2.4
- WordPress 3.6.1
- Theme: Architecture

I have not made ​​any changes to the code level, I just installed some plugins:
- Collapse-O-Matic
- Contact Form 7
- Executable PHP widget
- Google XML Sitemaps
- List Pages Shortcode
- My Custom CSS
- qTranslate
- QTranslate slug
- Really Simple CAPTCHA
- Recent Posts Slider
- Search & Replace

With Chrome and Firefox I see the site well, even if the load is not immediate.
With Internet Explorer 9 sometimes the load is infinite, other times it loads very slowly.

I've tried disabling all plugins, but the problem may also arise.

How do you suggest we can do?

Unless the slowness is being caused by a problem on the machine level of your server, or by a "bad neighbor" effect, nobody can directly assist you with making your website faster. Other problems may need to be resolved with your Internet Service Provider, web developer, or system administrator.

i have found the problem.

- I open the site with Internet Explorer
- I open the developer tools (F12)
- I see that is set in:
      - Browser Mode: IE9
      - Document Mode: unknown

If I force the 'document mode' in IE9, the loading of the site is completed and the site is seen.

What could be the problem?

Should I put some specific above the TAG Head?
