Alium theme contact

I use alium theme on www.mearoon.com but when I test my contact form I do get an email to my gamil account but only only shows the titles of the fields I request and the rest is blank. So if i will out the form and then check my email it shows shows me the required fields name, phone # etc but the text that was inputted in these fields shows up blank. Please help I am losing leads every day
