What did I do wrong if I got the error #5121?

Most common reason of this error, is that you use incorrect key, or trying to activate a theme with domain, which is not that one specified for activation key you are using. In this case you have to log in members area and generate new key for correct domain. You can generate keys for unlimited number of domains for purchased theme.

PLEASE NOTE: you can not activate theme on localhost.

Activated on correct domain, and key copy/pasted direct. Still getting the following error code:

Activation Error.
Error code - #5122: Activation server can't get access to your host. Probably, access blocked by .htaccess rules, or some of the theme files are missed, please check your host access configurations and theme files.

Submitted support request via email last night, but if there is a simple fix for this I would like to implement it sooner than later. Site is hosted on Bluehost.com, so I didn't expect to run into any issues per your Bluehost recommendation.

"Server Error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.chompdeliciousdining.com/wp-admin/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request."

i was fill with right code, then it show connetion information form.. I was fill it with right information, but IT DOESNT SHOW ANYTHING, I STILL CANT REMOVE SPONSORED LINK ON MY FOOTER.

I have sent emails to support@smthemes.com but had no reply, what else can be done? I have paid and it wont activate! I didnt use localhost, still have issues?

Well no answers, no replies from emails to support, just like the other posts, this is not good!

As I can see you didn't purchase a Standard license for the Desert theme. You can't use Developer license if you didn't purchase Standard one. You have to purchase Standard License then you will be able to activate the theme.
