Adjusting height Load content dynamically

I would like to adjust the height of the "Load content dynamically" function in the Cloud theme. It scrolls to far so I can't see the title of a post or article.

In which file do I have to look to adjust this?

To edit this feature you have to change the file hasgchange.js.

I've looked at the hashchange.js file but can't figger out where to make the change (I'm a newbee in js script).
Could you tell me what I have to change to adjust the auto page scroll?
