Additional Blank Slide Being Added

Hi all,

I have recently begun using a theme from this site and the slider had been working fine.

However, today I noticed an additional blank slide has been inserted into the front of the slide I have added myself.

The admin area only shows 3 slides (the 3 I have added) so I don't know where this is coming from. You can see the problem here (under the news section): http://www.wearecolourcode.com/

This is only happening on the live site however. The copy I have on my local machine does not show this problem.

I did try re-copying the theme from local to live server but this didn't work so I'm at a loss as to what the problem is caused by.

Has anyone on this forum had a similar issue or otherwise know what could be causing the problem?

To add slide you have to press "upload" --> specify the path to the file. After that the path to the file appears in the "Image URL". Complete the remaining fields of the slide, and then click "Add slide".
