Adding Pages to the Navigation Bar?

So I'm sure it's starting me right in the face, but how do I add a new page to the navigation bar? I add a page and it shows up as a text link above the nav bar instead of on it with the two defaults. =/

Okay, so I figured that all out under Menus. My pages are on the nav bar now, but they're also on at the top of the page cutting through my banner. How the heck do I make those go away?

I am having the same issue. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also trying to add pages to the main menu (not top menu) with no success yet.

Never mind, I got it.
You just need to create the second menu and then add the pages you want to show up on the nav bar (not the top menu).
