Adding links to red banner menu

I'm having trouble adding menu items to the red banner menu that runs across the top of the template.

In the example screenshots provided on the download page and the demo of the theme, there are several menu options shown within the red banner (Home, Business, Example Posts, Internet, Uncategorized etc.), but I cannot seem to add my own navigation items to this banner.

When I create a new page (About, Contact etc.), the template adds them to the top left of the page by default (where "Contacts" and "Page Without Sidebar" are located in the demo template). How do I move these navigation links to the red banner menu?

Any help, suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated.
