Adding image above post title and in header Pressa theme - need a little help

Hi, I have two pretty straight forward questions regarding the Pressa theme (thanks for all these great themes):

1. I replaced the search form in the header with an image. It works well until I view it in the mid resolution range (Tablet responsive), at which time it springs to the top middle of the header. Is there a way to keep to the right as the default search form does? I did give it a div id in the top.php template and refer to it in the desktop setting of styles css but it doesn't seem to have the same effect in the tablet section.

2. How can I add an image to each post page above the post title, and on the home page above the first post title (just below the slider).
