Add dropdown menu

Dear all,

Just downloaded Dental theme, which is a really great theme.
I would like to change the main menu buttons to dropdown menus, can anyone tell me how to do it?

Ok sorry all,

I am just too stupid to notify that you can do it directly in the menu setting.
Just need to drag the menu one step backward.
