Activation Molecula Theme

I have purchased the molecula Theme but it is not activating. I was given an activation code after putting the code in wordpress Molecula Theme Activation. It proceed me to type my host name and ftp user and password after putting those information. it does not do anything just a white page.

what i can do here?

I Have send like 10 Emails But no Reply till now !!! I PAID $27 for a theme! Thats how they make money?? WOW! I am going to complain to take this down ASAP! You cant cheat People like this!!
