Activation for theme

Hello,

I've emailed your support TWICE and have not received ANY help at all. No replies nor anything, I am very disappointed in this.

So I will put this here in case you guys see this quicker, I have paid for the developer's license, got my activation key, input my activation key along with my correct FTP details but it just stays there, I don't get a success nor an error message. I can't reload or leave the page or I will have to re-enter the key as the theme isn't activated.

What is the issue here? I've already waited two days for any sort of help with none received.

We don't solve the activation problems via forum.
