500 Internal server error with Worpress 38

Hi, i have a problem with CookingBook v. 2.0.
With the new Wordpress 3.8 during the template installation it give me te following error:

500 Internal Server Error
An internal server error has occured.

I have No problem with the old version of Wordpress. you have a solution?

The 500 error is a server-side error. We recommend you to contact your host provider to fix this.
