2 issues - Submenu not appearing - Slider text cut

Hello,

I am having 2 issues with this theme, it is a new website located at ganglandportal.com

Issue 1 - Submenus do not appear.
Issue 2 - Description text on the slider appears to be "cutoff" along the top.

Any suggestions is appreciated.

All smthemes -themes seems to be broken after 5.5 update . They are using outdated jQuery.

Install for temp fix : https://fi.wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
