- Wizzer - The menus refuse to work

Hi i downloaded the wizzer theme the other day and i was really happy, but then when i entered my website through the mobile phone and the tablet the menus refused to work.

Let me explain the thing of the menus, the menus are there, i click on them and all the options appear, but when i click for example in "contact" it wont redirect me to the webpage (this happens with all the pages).

In addition i would like to say that also the footer has some problems adjusting it self in the mobile and tablet version, and it leaves some awfull gaps wich i dont know how to adjust.

What can i do to solve this ?

And please give a full explanation on how to solve the problem
