Polldaddy polls causing message Return links to footer Animepress theme

Whenever a Polldaddy Poll is put into the code for a page (in the Wordpress place for it), a fixed bar comes up requesting to return the links to the footer. The links are still there in the footer and no file except the CSS has been altered. The Polldaddy poll causes the bar to appear.
Perhaps, this plugin breaks html code of the page. This is the only probable reason.
Check out all the closing tags on your page.
I checked the closing tags, and the tags are the same regardless. Also, the bar appears without the Polldaddy plugin being used when the poll is inserted. The way the poll is entered into the html is by putting this in [polldaddy poll="8890983"] (with the plugin installed); or by putting this in

<script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8" src="http://static.polldaddy.com/p/8890983.js"></script>
<noscript><a href="http://polldaddy.com/poll/8890983/">Test Poll</a></noscript>

(without the plugin installed). It doesn't matter if the plugin is there, whenever the poll is added, the red fixed bar appears at the bottom of the page with the text, "Please return following links to the footer:
Designed by SMThemes.com, thanks to: Rus-Business.com, http://oktaedr.com and NetSmol." However all these links are present in the footer, and all the tags intact.
Could you provide the URL of your website, please.
The url is www.sandyspaceman.dollarwp.com
However the page where the problem is occurring is www.sandyspaceman.dollarwp.com/tournament. It's hosted by Dollar WP for a trial period, however this is the first time this issue had come up so I'm certain it is to do with the poll.
I'm sorry, it's actually sandyspaceman.dollarwp.com and sandyspaceman.dollarwp.com/tournament (without the www.)
The CSS has been edited quite a lot, however nothing in the footer has been touched: and most editing is in regards to color.
Unfortunately, this is caused by this plugin. Probably, it is not compatible with the theme. However, you may try to contact plugin developers to find out the reason for the problem.
