How to disable only tablet modes

Mobil mode OK, but table mode menu wrong!

Possible conflicts w3 total cache plugin!?
iPad 1024*768 but use tablet.css.

iPad Chrome & Safari (and other PC 1024*768)

I want to buy, but is not suitable for tablett (mode). Looking at table mode, from incorrect menu. Can be improved, like to work, mimt we look at the desktop (mode). For example, the logged-on user appears in the normal mode (preferred).
